What will you do?
At TVH Equipment, our customer support representatives are the backbone of our organization. You are key in providing outstanding service to our customers. Together with your team of 4 colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our clients. Whether it’s a new order request, a machine issue, or simply giving advice, you are ready to help the customer.
You will also work closely with colleagues from transport, service, and other departments, showing that teamwork is invaluable to you! 🛠️💬
In addition to direct customer support, you are also responsible for administrative tasks, such as keeping digital records of every request and order. You ensure that every file and customer is correctly registered in the system, and you enter orders to guarantee a smooth process.

You are flexible and can work in alternating shifts (7:30–16:00 / 9:30–18:00).
You speak fluent Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French.
