Electromechanic

We are looking for an Electromechanic for our workshop in Nivelles. In this workshop, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various types of equipment, including aerial platforms, forklifts, and telehandlers.

• You will perform an initial diagnosis to assess the condition of the machine.

• You will carry out checks using test and diagnostic equipment.

• Any defects or wear of machines or parts should be reported to the supervisor, and you will create a work order for this purpose.

• Maintenance work will be performed according to the work order.

• You will handle the repair and adjustment of electrical and thermal machines, including dismantling, assembling, replacing, and repairing various components, as well as checking, repairing, and adjusting different types.

• You will order the necessary parts in consultation with your supervisor.

• You will maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• Additionally, you will keep track of the work administratively and organizationally.

• You have a secondary education diploma in a technical field, such as automotive mechanics, automobile technology, or electromechanics, or equivalent experience.

• You have relevant experience in the sector, including with our type of machines, agricultural machinery, buses, and trucks.

• You work precisely and in an organized manner and are a team player.

• You possess very good knowledge of French.

• You hold a forklift and aerial platform license, or you are willing to obtain one in the short term through TVH Academy.
