Are you passionate about technology and do you enjoy working on a diverse fleet of machines? Then you might be the Machine Inspector - Technician we're looking for.
In this role, you ensure that our rental machines are safe, technically sound and ready for use. You inspect machines, perform maintenance and resolve minor technical issues so our customers can rely on high-quality equipment every day.
Your responsibilities
As a Machine Inspector - Technician, you are responsible for preparing our machines for rental.
Your responsibilities include:
Inspecting incoming and outgoing machines.
Cleaning machines and recharging batteries or refuelling them.
Identifying and correctly recording defects and damage.
Performing basic maintenance such as changing oil and filters, lubricating machines and maintaining batteries.
Carrying out minor mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs.
Installing or replacing parts and accessories.
Positioning machines in the correct location within the depot so they are ready for transport.
Accurately registering all completed work in the system.
Assisting customers when collecting or returning a machine and explaining its operation when required.
Your profile
You have a technical qualification (automotive technology, automotive mechanics, electromechanics or equivalent through experience).
You have a basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electricity.
You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety.
You are eager to learn and continuously develop your technical skills.
You enjoy working in a team but can also take responsibility and work independently.
You communicate fluently in Dutch.
A forklift or aerial work platform certificate is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain one through us.
