The job
As a Service Technician, you will have the exciting responsibility of performing on-site repairs for various types of machinery, including forklifts, aerial work platforms, and small material handling equipment, within the West Flanders region.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Repairs: Carry out repairs and maintenance on a wide range of machines at customer sites, ensuring each task is completed efficiently and to high standards.
Material Ordering: Internally order the necessary materials and parts required for repairs. Ensure that all work-related administration is handled properly.
Service Vehicle Management: Note that the service vehicle is stocked overnight, so you can head straight to the customer each morning without delay.
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining smooth communication with the dispatch team.

Are you a technically skilled individual with a passion for machinery and a background in electromechanics or automotive mechanics? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Qualifications
Technical Education: Completed technical training in Electromechanics or Automotive Mechanics.
Relevant Experience: Experience as a maintenance technician in the automotive, transport, or agricultural sector.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics with a basic understanding of electricity. Affinity with thermal engines is an advantage.
Flexibility and Learning: Flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Driving License: Possess a valid driving license (Category B).
Language Skills: Excellent command of Dutch, with basic knowledge of English and French being a plus.
