As a Team Leader Workshop, you are responsible for the daily organisation, planning and follow-up of activities in our workshop. You lead a team of technicians and ensure that the right people are assigned to the right tasks and that schedules and priorities are respected.

You combine technical knowledge with strong organisational and administrative skills. You closely monitor your team's activities, keep track of day-to-day operations and critically review reports, work orders and the efficiency of completed tasks. Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and organisation: You draw up the technicians' schedules, set priorities and ensure that available capacity and technical expertise are used effectively.

  • Operational follow-up: You actively monitor your team's activities, track progress and keep an eye on the time spent on each task. Where necessary, you intervene to address delays or inefficiencies.

  • Technical and administrative control: You understand the work carried out and check the administrative follow-up, including work orders and the associated registrations.

  • Analysis and reporting: You critically review reports, investigate discrepancies and ask the right questions. Among other things, you analyse which machines are at the depot, why they are there and what actions are required.

  • Team leadership: You guide and coach your employees, establish clear agreements and address them when the execution, quality or timing of their work does not meet expectations.

  • Collaboration and communication: You coordinate with other departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

  • Quality and safety: You monitor the quality of the work delivered and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards of tidiness and cleanliness in the workshop.

  • Continuous improvement: You identify bottlenecks in day-to-day operations and take the initiative to improve processes and working methods.
